The Mystic Chorale 20th Anniversary Gala
and Silent Auction

The Mystic Anniversary Gala is scheduled for May 1st. We will be
holding a silent auction during the Gala in order to raise funds for the Chorale. This is our first
effort organizing such a significant fundraiser, so we would greatly appreciate your support.
Support the Auction by bidding on items at the Gala, donating a service or an item for the auction,
or securing a donation from a friend or local business. Try to think of things that would tempt
Gala attendees to bid! Your efforts will enable us to offer appealing and creative Auction items
and services. These donations will help us raise funds and make the evening even more exciting
and fun.
Click on the link to the auction form below to help us track donated items for the Auction. If you
are able to donate an item or service or can obtain a donation, please fill out and submit the form.
Examples of popular auction items are:
• restaurant or store gift certificates,
• tickets to movies, theatre, concerts, etc.,
• museum passes,
• a week in an exotic location,
• a weekend in a hotel or a vacation house,
• services, such as accounting, legal, massage therapy, music lessons,
coaching, interior design, carpentry, etc.
• dinner for four – eight guests prepared by a donor (who is also a great cook!)
• basket of goodies, jewelry, fine crafts, etc.
We appreciate any suggestions you may have, and hope that you will consider helping us
collect items for the Auction.
