WEB FAQs

If you still have problems with your WEB access after you read the answers below, please contact the WEB Team rather than create a "duplicate" Member Profile.  Thank you!

What happens if I forgot my PASSWORD?
You can use our RESET PASSWORD functionality which is indicated by: " Forgot your password? Click here." This will cause a new PASSWORD to be generated for you and sent to the e-mail address currently on file in For Members/My Member Profile.

What do I do once I receive the e-mail with my new PASSWORD?
Please sign onto www.mysticchorale.org, navigate to For Members/My Member Profile and immediately change your PASSWORD to something only you will know. Then proceed to make any other changes to your Profile data and/or Register.

What happens if I forgot my PASSWORD and the e-mail address I have in My Member Profile has changed or I just don't receive the system-generated e-mail?
If you do not get the e-mail sent to you from RESET PASSWORD, please send an e-mail to WEBTeam@mysticchorale.org, including your NAME, USERNAME and a description of the problem. A member of the WEB Team will reset to and e-mail you a temporary PASSWORD.

What happens if I forgot my USERNAME and PASSWORD?
Please send an e-mail to WEBTeam@mysticchorale.org, including your NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBERs and a description of the problem. A member of the WEB Team will look up your USERNAME and reset to and e-mail you a temporary PASSWORD, along with your USERNAME.

Whom do I tell when I notice out-dated or incorrect information within The Mystic Chorale WEB site?
Please send an e-mail to the Producer of the Current Season (found in Season Notes) describing the data involved. Please include the Address from the WEB Browser.

What happens if I have tried the recommended procedure(s) and I still have a problem  OR  if I have a suggestion for the WEB site?
Please send an e-mail to WEBTeam@mysticchorale.org, including your NAME, USERNAME, a description of the problem, and the Address from the WEB Browser, or your suggestion. A member of the WEB Team will work with you to resolve the problem.

What do I do when I have a question about Mystic WEB-site navigation or functionality that is not currently addressed in this FAQ section?
